Artist Bio
Christine Rodin has been a photographer for 23 years. She specializes in still life and landscape, shooting in black and white and in color.
She attended Boston University and The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston where her work is a part of their permanent collection.
Christine Rodin had a one person show at the Nicholas Davies Gallery in New York City in 1997 and was part of two group shows at the Carrie Haddad Gallery in Hudson, New York in 1995 and in 2003. In 2006 she participated in Art Show Bedford in Bedford, N.Y., and in 2007 she was part of a two-person show at the Chace-Randall Gallery in Andes, N.Y.
Sadly, Christine passed away this year, 2012. We will miss her.
She has been featured in articles in Idea Magazine (Japan), Popular Photography, Zoom Magazine, and Art Matters, (the magazine of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston).
She is represented by the Carrie Haddad Gallery in Hudson, N.Y., the Chace-Randall Gallery in Andes, N.Y., Penine Hart Antiques and Art in New York City, N.Y., and Ruby Beets in Sag Harbor, N.Y. Her work has been purchased by Eric Goode to decorate his New York City B&B, Lafayette House.
