Carrie Haddad Gallery is pleased to announce a partnership with Ferol Barton Blake's new shop, 21c, located at 533 Warren Street here in Hudson. We are proud to be exhibiting photography on the walls of this new store and hope you get a chance to stop by and take a look.

Through his work with/at Barney’s New York, Takashimaya, Henri Bendel and consulting to banana republic, club Monaco and bcbg as well as globe trotting on various freelance projects, Mr. Blake has a developed a keen sensibility and eye for looking at the world he inhabits. Ferol Barton Blake marries his background in Fashion & Interior design in his furniture designs for 21c. He states, "My sensibility is modern, yet classic, which shows in my work and my interest in architecture. The woods we work with are skillfully chosen to bring out the beauty of the wood itself but to also highlight the shape/lines of each piece.”

Works by David Halliday, Valerie Shaff, Roy Volkmann, Lependorf & Shire, The Hilton Brothers (Chis Makos and Paul Solberg), Roger Dean, Kahn & Selesnick and others are currently on view.

Finally, an update!

Apologies that I have not updated the blog in almost 9 months, but I do hope you have continued to check out the site (as we are always updating artists pages with new work).

Last night we held the opening reception for our newest exhibit featuring work by Jenny Nelson, Stevan Jennis, Jessica Houston, Allyson Levy and Lori Van Houten. It was a great turnout (thanks to everyone who made it!)
